The jury of the architectural competition chaired by the Hamburg architect Nikolaus Goetze decided on the architecture for three new building projects in HafenCity`s Baakenhafen quarter as follows Eble Messerschmidt Partner Architekten, WinkingFroh Architekten and Spine Architects GmbH were the winners.
